Returns
You have the right to cancel or return any product within 30 days without giving a reason. All we ask is that you ensure it is in its original packing and still in new condition. All transportation costs involved in returning the product are the responsibility of you, the purchaser.
Safety Issues
All products, especially chemicals, must be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. We take no responsibility for loss or injury caused by misuse of products we sell.
Prices
All prices are correct at time of placing on the website. However, it may be necessary to adjust our prices without prior notice from time to time, such as increases in VAT. We will always honour the price shown when an order has been placed online. Prices exclude VAT (20%) and Standard Delivery is 7 working days.

In-shop purchases
Customers purchasing products in person at our premises at Unit 3, Downsway Industrial Estate, Dumfries, can apply to open an account with us. The terms for account customers are 28 days. We reserve the right to decline account facilities at any time. Online purchases must always be paid at the time of ordering.
